Active Calls

General Call

Do you have an idea that solves a scalable and important problem with technology? Have you defined your target customer group? Have you started to get information and confirm your opinion with these customers?

1773 ITU Teknopark Incubation Center is with you, from revealing your first product prototype to your first sale and investment.

Call for Entrepreneurs in DisasterTech

Disaster technology entrepreneurship, which is defined as the use of taking precautions against natural or man-made disasters, preparing, responding and recovering after these disasters, can be divided into different areas. Products and solutions in these interrelated areas work together to take precautions, prepare, respond and recover against disasters.

As 1773 ITU Teknopark Incubation Center, we are ready to support initiative ideas on these issues, WITHOUT being limited to the FOLLOWING AREAS.

  • Emergency Communication: Communication is critical during disasters, and technology ensures effective communication. This field includes satellite phones, radio systems, and mobile networks.

  • Search and Rescue: Technology can help rescue teams find and rescue people stranded in disaster areas. This field includes drones, robots, and GPS tracking systems.

  • Disaster Preparedness: Includes technologies and systems to help communities prepare for disasters, such as disaster planning software, evacuation planning tools, and emergency supplies management systems.

  • Disaster Recovery: Includes technologies and systems that can help communities recover after disasters, such as temporary shelter solutions, water and sanitation systems, and power generators.

  • Giving and Charity: Technology can also facilitate donation and philanthropy efforts during and after disasters. For example, it includes fundraising platforms, donation management systems, and other fundraising tools.Early Warning Systems: These include systems that detect and warn people of upcoming disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fires, and tsunamis. Early warning systems can save lives by providing enough time for people to prepare and evacuate.

  • Data and Analytics: Technology can assist in collecting and analyzing data to understand the impact of disasters better and make informed decisions about disaster management. This includes geographic information systems (GIS), predictive analytics, and machine learning.

Call to Entrepreneurs working on Sustainability

Sustainability-focused initiatives are businesses that aim to produce sustainable technology solutions for environmental and social challenges. Broadly, this field covers a wide range of verticals aimed at promoting sustainable development and reducing environmental and social impact. Using technology in these verticals can help create innovative solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.

As 1773 ITU Teknopark Incubation Center, we are ready to support ideas on these issues, NOT LIMITED WITH THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

  • Smart Cities: It includes initiatives to develop technologies and solutions to create more sustainable and livable cities, such as efficient transportation systems, smart buildings, and energy-efficient infrastructure.
  • Waste Management: It includes initiatives focusing on reducing waste, recycling, and developing new technologies to manage waste more sustainably.
  • Environmental Monitoring: It includes technologies that focus on monitoring and analyzing environmental data to understand better and manage environmental impacts.
  • Circular Economy: It includes technologies that focus on creating a circular economy by reducing waste, reusing materials, and designing products that can be easily recycled or reused.
  • Energy Efficiency: It includes technologies focusing on increasing energy efficiency, such as smart grid systems, energy-efficient buildings, and energy storage systems.
  • Water Management: Includes technologies focused on water conservation, purification, and developing new technologies to manage water more sustainably.
  • Sustainable Textile: It includes initiatives to develop sustainable textile products such as recycled or organic materials and apply sustainable production and supply chain practices.
  • Sustainable Agriculture and Food: It includes technologies that focus on sustainable agricultural practices, precision agriculture, and the production and distribution of sustainable food products.
  • Clean Technology: It includes technologies that reduce pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, such as air and water purification systems, carbon capture and storage, and electric vehicles.
  • Renewable Energy: It includes initiatives focusing on developing and implementing renewable energy solutions such as solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal energy.
