In the Intellectual and Industrial Rights field, we carry out awareness-raising and training activities on patents, utility models, brands, and designs for businessmen, academicians, and students. We also provide technical consultancy and support on evaluating inventions, follow-up of the application process, contract management, and licensing services.

While doing these things:

• We organize training at ITU to increase public awareness of managing and licensing intellectual and industrial property rights (FSHM).
• We offer support in technology/product development stages, including protecting and commercializing intellectual and industrial rights.
• We create an up-to-date information pool about FSMH and keep it up-to-date.
• We provide legal and technical guidance on intellectual property issues in joint R&D projects developed by ITU.
• We offer proposal writing, negotiating with industry groups, and bidding for licensing inventions.
