1773 ITU Teknopark TTO

The 1773 ITU Teknopark TTO, which was established within the body of 1773 ITU Teknopark, works to contribute to the economy by ensuring that the R&D results of researchers and technopark companies, especially ITU, and the inventions they produce in this process have a wider use in the field of industry or commerce.

1773 ITU Teknopark TTO designs and implements R&D and technical consultancy plans for the purpose of controlling the knowledge and experience of ITU's distinguished customers, ending the problems around the industry and industry, and provides assurance to take such operational management. It also shows the results of the licensing and commercialization of the intellectual property rights of ITU and technopark companies to implement the application users of these intellectual property rights.

What are we doing?

  • We make connections between researchers and entrepreneurs: It facilitates communication between researchers and entrepreneurs, enabling the results of research to be applied to the industry.
  • We carry out patents and licensing procedures: Carries out or coordinates the processes of patenting the research results of invention or licensing the industrial use of existing patents.
  • We carry out projects and processes related to technology transfer: We plan, monitor and report the processes related to technology production and transfer from one organization to another organization, which starts or continues with the participation of our TTO team.
  • We provide access to project financing resources: We support project owners to access alternative sources of project financing necessary for the application of research results to the industry.
  • We offer project management and consultancy services: Provides project management and consultancy services for researchers, firms and entrepreneurs.
  • We offer consultancy services on project planning and technology readiness: We provide consultancy services for researchers and practitioners in creating project plans. We provide consultancy on the maturity levels, maturation rates and readiness level of the technologies selected and determined as alternatives in technology projects.
  • We offer prototyping, low volume manufacturing and testing services: We participate in the design, production and testing of single or low volume prototypes of products and other designs in research projects of entrepreneurs and R&D companies. We carry out these operations with their own experts and in the infrastructures they operate, or we carry out them in a controlled manner by representing companies and entrepreneurs before ITU labs.
  • We connect entrepreneurs with businesses and markets: We connect entrepreneurs and companies carrying out R&D projects with existing businesses that will provide technical or commercial benefits to these projects. Thanks to these connections, we increase the marketing or sales opportunities of R&D products.
  • We organize networking events: We organize networking events for researchers, entrepreneurs or other industry contacts. These events allow entrepreneurs to share and develop their ideas and meet others.
