The university industry collaboration team monitors the relationship between ideas or current R&D activities and industry. In addition, it conveys the requirements of the industry to ITU academicians working in related fields.

Within the scope of university industry cooperation, 1773 ITU Teknopark TTO works for the most efficient use of university resources, contract management, legal consultancy, financial subject follow-up, management of administrative processes, sectoral organizations, academics and industrialists coming together, university and industrial needs analysis.

While doing these things:

• We bring together academics, business people and sector organizations.
• By examining technology maturity levels, problems and technological approaches, we take care to bring together the parties in university-industry cooperation in the right scope and depth.
• We make sure that the projects and R&D studies that the academicians want to implement are communicated quickly and accurately to the relevant sector players.
• We contribute to the development of models for financing emerging projects by bringing together industrialists and academics in certain fields of study.
• We support the relevant project teams in the creation of the project proposal file, contract management, legal consultation, financial issue monitoring, public procurement process monitoring and administrative processes.
